The Standard

500 S. 18th Street

The historic Standard Oil Building features 40 residential units, including 10 studios and 30 one-bedroom apartments. Colette’s Mercato is opening at The Standard soon and will offer scratch Italian sandwiches and curated goodies! This delightful concept was born from the masterminds of Dirty Birds.

The Prescott

1501 Howard Street

The Scott Tent Awning Building features 16 residential units, including 6 studios and 10 one-bedroom apartments. The first floor includes new commercial bays, adding more activity and convenience to the neighborhood.
