Two buildings have been renovated into modern apartment homes in downtown Omaha. Check out The Standard, which was once The Standard Oil Building. It offers 40 apartment homes with rents ranging from $700 to $1,125. At The Prescott, renters can choose from the 16 apartments available, and rents there range from $717 to $1,178. Apartments in these buildings are designed for tenants who earn below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and those income qualifications must be reached before a lease is approved.
